Ripoff evil dirt bags, dishonest billing practices

First the company sends me my payment statment 1 month late.in August I received my statement with late charges already added for July. I have since given up ontheir statements and have my payments automatically sent to them through my bank at the beginning of each month. I just received a forclosure notice that stating that I am 3 months behind.

I have all my info to be sent to them that I am in fact not behind but ahead. I have paid them more money inthe last 3 months than what is owed. Also when my loan was sold without my knowledge I cought them walking around my property taking pictures. When I confronted the guy he lied and told me he was from my insurance company. I called my insurance agents who looked into it and said that no they had not sent anyone out to take pictures of my house and if they had they would have notified me before they did it.

I want to refinance with another company but Fairbanks is ruining my credit by reporting late payments. They will not stop until htey reposses my house I fear.
