Ripoff business from hell

Fairbanks capital needs to be put out of business, my wife and i have been in the same home since 1989, and have had homeowners insurance through nationwide from 1989 until 5 months ago we changed policys, since then they have said we didnt have coverage, so guess what they did for us, they got us coverage and added it to are payment.

We have faxed copys after copys of are policys, but i guess the fax monster takes them because they always say they never get them.

They have sent us forcloser letters, we just cant take anymore, when they call you no one knows how to help us, half the time they dont even know why they are calling. Please if anyone can help us send it my way.
