Force-placed insurance despite faxed proof of coverage

Fairbanks Capital needs to be put out of business. My wife and I have been in the same home since 1989 and had homeowner's insurance through Nationwide from 1989 until 5 months ago, when we changed policies. Since then they have said we didn't have coverage, so guess what they did for us: they got us coverage and added it to our payment.

We have faxed copy after copy of our policies, but I guess the fax monster takes them, because they always say they never get them. They have sent us foreclosure letters. We just can't take any more. When they call you, no one knows how to help us, and half the time they don't even know why they are calling. Please, if anyone can help us, send it my way.
