Fairbanks fraudulent interest payments, late payments evil dirt bags join the lawsuit

Fairbanks Capital Corp. Took over our home equity loan, when U. S Bank went under. What a nightmare.

They would call and harrass us to say our payments were not received, and demand that we make 'double' payments from our checking account over the phone.
We had hundreds of dollars worth of late fees, though we were never late on a payment.

We had to sell our house to get out of that loan.in the end - the loan amount was for more money than we originally borrowed.

And this was after paying on the loan for 4 years. A $29,000. Loan turned into $43,000 at the settlement table. Not to mention the blemishes on our credit report that they refuse to remove.

I just found an article from the Washington Post website telling of the Class Action lawsuits against them.
I'm going to investigate to see how we can join them - and if you've been screwed by them, I suggest you do the same.
