Unresolved $2,704.73 Fraudulent Charges on Master Card Account

I reported fraudulent charges totaling $2,704.73 on my Home Depot Master Card account. The account was closed so the charges could be investigated and sent to the fraud department. Yet it has not been corrected, and nobody has followed up with me.

I have asked repeatedly for the status of the account and for an explanation of why it is still on the latest statement I received, which came two months ago. I phoned to ask for a written status and a statement I could review and pay. By phone, e-mail and letter I have gotten no answer or follow-up. I ask Citibank to make every necessary correction, remove all the fraudulent charges reported on this account, carry out a proper investigation, and both clear and correct my credit.
