Illegal charges on card, then denied access to correct their errors - SearsCard from Citibank

Citibank is the worst for customer service, contact (in general), and follow up! They allowed unauthorized charges to my credit account in a different state without a card actually being presented. Now they have denied access to the account information that would allow me to pay the legitimate charges and dispute the illegal charges.
