Not honoring WRITTEN agreement

I had been to ld to by FIA card providers to create a cost of $110 to maintain my bill from being charged-off and they might negotiate my debt for $900. I told them to deliver me this written down plus they did. I created th e$110 cost in January and also the negotiation documents stated that they'd split up the $900 in 3 funds of $300. Our first $300 cost was due on March 29. I named on March 28 to help make the cost simply to be informed the consideration was charged-off ANYHOW. After talking to a supervisor, I was informed that W Of The was not under any "responsibility" to recognize the contract though it is written down. Obviously, I'm along the way of getting proper motion to obtain this fixed.
