Not sending company changes in writing!

I delivered usa car credit a cost on 1-17 plus they contact us on 1-17 till 1-30 in regards to a cost I told them that people delivered a cost I offered them the check# plus they informed me they do not get inspections anymore and so I request when did the program on inform me the stated we didnot answer the telephone, and so I stated why-didn't you create me, they stated they do not have that document written down, and so I stated it'll just consider 10 mins to create it-up and place it within the email they put on me about 10 times and that I still have not obtained any point. Plus they possess the check and certainly will not cash it-they explained they'll get the vehicle but I've all my info.
