Terrible company

I'd been making funds on my consideration for nearly 2 yrs. Used to donot create one weeks cost, plus they delivered me a notice providing me a 'negotiation supply' for 30% from what I owed. I required that provide and created my first cost onto it the next day, that was October 29th. Subsequently beginning December 2nd I acquired telephone calls all day long long informing me my cost was overdue. This continued for over per week. Everytime I delivered their phone and advised them that I had been on the settlement strategy.

Then I started receiving characters within the email informing me I had been overdue. I simply dismissed these, after which went and created my next cost of $275.41 on November 29th. On the other hand beginning November 1st, I acquired another telephone call informing me I had been overdue. Which period it continued again for all times. Then I acquired a phone from the genuine individual who desired to understand after I could be producing my next cost. I informed her that my next cost was not actually due till December 29th. She explained she understood that, but desired to understand what period I'd be rendering it. I really couldnot think she was wondering me this, and so I informed her about the 29th and hungup.

Then I began to speculate if there is truly any such thing like a 'settlement offer'. And so I published Money Contact a notice on December 16th. I told them that I asked whether there is a real negotiation on my bill. I also outlined times and occasions that I had been getting all their calls, and e-mails, and characters. I actually involved copies of those in my own notice for them. I told them that I had been tired of this nuisance particularly since I have have been producing all the funds promptly. I subsequently informed them that I'd no further be producing any funds to them till I obtained anything declaring that I had been actually on the cost strategy, which my consideration could be reduced on March 29th with nothing because of them. I mentioned that used to donot care when they shipped, sent or sent me a brand new agreement or perhaps a notice merely declaring that I had been on the settlement offer. And that I mentioned when I acquired this, that I'd actually create my Dec 29th cost not surprisingly. I also delivered this notice out licensed return-receipt, and yes they did signal for this.

But I never got a notice or perhaps a backup of the updated agreement. And that I haven't noticed another term from Money Phone. They never named me, I'venot gotten any characters, with no emails. Therefore my concerns is, was I within the proper condition after I told them I needed a duplicate of the brand new contract? And when I had been within the wrong. Where did they're going? I actually donot wish to awaken oneday and become offered a summons. Might somebody tell me easily was proper in requesting these files. Any help could be greatly appreciated.
