Excessive processing fees

Created a cost in Feb., towards the John Regulation Selection Team in MS. It's a Walmart consideration. Bal., was $480 (ish). Named yesterday 3/3, to create another cost. Was SUBSEQUENTLY educated the company costs a $20!! Every time running for that cost that arrives of our bank account and 24.99%. I examined the notice they delivered me declaring my stability and verification of last weeks cost, NO-WHERE does it say something in regards to a handling charge. I agreed to deliver a money purchase, they said NO. How is that this legitimate? I had beennot informed of the charge, or could it be written down. These folks may simply cost customers a $20 for every cost and such high-interest costs?
