Changing layaway contract

Agreement I obtained after I place in lay-a-way states Ultimate collection day is 12/19/08. I obtained a phone from kmart declaring I'd not created a cost around this day of December 13, plus one was due today. I contact kmart and spoke to some woman that mentioned I'd created a cost on November 11, and her documents confirmed that. Our contract # is 31953. She stated the supervisor has informed them to inform folks their layaways need to be acquired on Dec 05. I informed her I had been not informed this on November 11 after I arrived in compensated onto it by Ms. Faye Mcdon, who got my layaway fee. Just how can they alter my deadline after I wasn't informed and my bill claims November 19. I don't prefer to be lied to or do I love to become informed kmart won't bhonor their term or agreement. I select K Mart since like a senior I required layaways to assist me get holiday along with other items that I can't manage to cover instanely for. This today displays me that kmart in addition to walmart don't maintain their term. I thought I'd discovered me a location to look in the place of walmart. But I suppose not. I attempted to contact and keep in touch with the store-manager, but he never could reply his telephone for me personally to keep in touch with and have him about that.
