Fidelity Reserves
They make you more worse off than you were before

I signed up with Fidelity Reserves back in April or May. I have always had good credit and been so responsible, but it just got to a point where it became over whelming and my finances had changed. I was so nervous about my credit, I started looking around for help and alternatives. I could not get a personal loan because I have no collateral. I am not a home owner so I could refinance my home. I came across Fidelity reserves, and it sounded so good. They worked out my monthly payment and promised to have me debt free within 2 years! Being in such a vulnerable place, I put all my trust in these people and went ahead with the program. Within 5 months I had paid enough to have two if not three of my credit cards paid off. I called to check in and they had not paid anything, called any credit card company, nor settled on anything. I cancelled with them and they only paid me back $1042 of my $4000 and said it went to fees and the rest would stay in reserves if I ever decided to send anything back to them. I am so upset, because now my credit is so horrible. Luckily the credit card companies have been understanding and have worked with me. These people need to be shut down, because they are committing a federal crime... Fraud. They take advantage of people in their most vulnerable times. Now I do not trust anyone who has called to help me with my credit. If there was ever a lawsuit on Fidelity, I would testify in a heart beat.
