Fidelity Reserves They charge 2/3 of what you pay and don't help with the creditors

I signed up with Fedility Reserves Corp. Over a year ago, unfortunely, I did not keep checking on them. I have paid $6500. To them. I checked into my account the last couple weeks, to find that they have charged over $4000.in fees, just to take my payments every month. They never contacted any of my creditors. Today I called to find out about my refund to find I'm only getting $2172 back. I paid all this money for nothing.
I am now trying to refinance my house to payoff my creditors, which I have gotten settlements on all of them. If I would have done this a year ago I would have saved about 1/2 of what I owe. The creditors continue to add fees and interest, while Fedility tells you not to have contact with them, because it will hurt your deal when they try to settle.

I am trusting, and I guess very stupid when it comes to these things. I felt desperate, when I contacted them, and they made it sound like a good deal, and that it would be so easy. The creditors will continue to call you, and may even contact your neighbors.

Hopefully this will help anyone who thinks about signing up with them. If there is a class action suite, I'd be glad to sign on. This whole situation has put a great deal of stress on me.
