I was called by these people and offered a way to make money converting local business's credit card processing to Fidelity. The fee to become an agent for them was $495.00 which I paid. A few days later Brandon called from marketing and sold me $7,500.00 worth of names of business's that had recently been turned down for loans and Fidelity would loan them the money and take their payment out of their credit card processing. I gave them the name of the business my friend works at to see how they went about getting a business to switch over to Fidelity. They still haven't contacted my friends company and was I was able to get someone on the phone they told me it takes 45 days to contact them and the same for the names I bought. They did send me a netbook computer that's worth maybe $200.00, big deal. They keep stalling because they know after 60 days the only way to get a refund is if the merchant agrees to. The more I push them the more nasty they get towards me. I still have time to get my bank to reverse the charges then Fidelity's only recourse is to take me to court.
