Parts not covered, 60 days not enough time

Shame on this company! When I went to go make a claim, I was told the part was not covered. When I looked at my contract, I realized that the part is indeed NOT covered. So what? Doesn't this company have a responsibility to the customer? I know they gave me 60 days to look over the coverage and make my decision, but if I skipped over something, they should pay for the repair just to make me a happy customer! They played back a tape recorded call of the "what is covered" section and they didn't lie to me. They also told me to show it to a mechanic and ask the mechanic if there was anything I should look at. WHO HAS TIME TO GO TO A MECHANIC DURING THE WEEK?
