Big RIP OFF Mass

Paid big bucks for the auto warranty through the dealership we purchased a truck from, had a problem that should of been covered under the warranty.
We called a Mechanic down the street from us and explained the problem, he said DO NOT DRIVE the vehicle, now Royal shows we have tow coverage up to $50.00. The Mechanic told us to drop off the Warranty to make sure it was a legit one. We did, and he called them "SOME" of the issues with the truck were covered.
The mechanic then told us that they said the tow up to $50.00 is covered, but we have to pay the amount upfront then be reimbursed. So we did. When I submitted the bill for the towing, I received a letter back saying we did not get pre-approved for the tow therefore they will not cover it.
Now first off it was pre-approved from the Auto repair shop, and second some of the other issues that are not clear on the contract they refused to pay for the repairs. Personally the cost of the warranty well exceeded any cost (by 10x's) the cost of repairs they covered.
This company is a big Rip Off. Save your money and pay for your own repairs you will save yourself alot of mumbo jumbo from them, and probably even save money too.
Would not recommend this slacko of a company to anyone.
