Banking to banking mishandling of funds

I had confidence my trust in the banking establishment to handle a simple debts-from account to account— a mistake, i left my payments up to chasr bank— and &washington to handle my finances, in turn they backed out and lost my account by using the wrong account numbers, and checking account numbers, so i lost my card in the process, they blamed me for missed payments that they could not find in the debts, which were thrir fault. Not mine. So i owe-them almost 2—thousand dollars have bad credit and all that goes with it. So who won
