Billed my banking account $49.95 without my agreement!

Actually Personal Card charged my banking account$49.95 to get a support that I've not approved. I'd like the $49.95 $28.00 NSF cost, the this produced on my account delivered back again to my banking account. This triggered my banking account to become cost by having an NSF charge of $28.00, since the expenses that I did so approve didn't undergo since the corporation decide to consider $49.95 out-of my bank account without consent from me.
