Gambling ripoff, Debts not collectable and no security

I understand that Gambling debts are not collectable on Bank cards. But Washington Mutual continues to pay casinos in San Diego County with No money in the persons (Family member) bank to cover it! And then send a postcard of all the fees. They are paying an amount of $500 per day time two plus all the charges for not enough funds.

Also, while my child's Dad lay dying of 95% 3rd degree burns, his Washington mutual account was being perged by someone's tranfer of funds to another account (had his card and pin). I called the bank and they said this to me "IF you want security, go to another bank." I was very upset. My small bank then decided to merge with Washington Mutual so I immediately closed my account with my small bank. To my shock, I recieved a Washington Mutual visa card in the mail ONE year later. I called and complained and got no response.
This bank has a life of it's own while it continues to ruin others. Anyone know of a good attorney?
