Cash Today debited my account without my authorization

Please beware, I am most mad at my bank, because this situation has just been the icing on the cake. When I think about it they have robbed me little by little all along and they act as if there is nothing they can do, but best believe if it was their account, something would be done.

I learned through this rip off report site that a payday loan company I was using was very shady. This I suspected when theay callled at work fast talking and I never got a contract, But It was too late then. They already had my information.

I emailed BIG limited the paydfay loan company and told them I had closed my account and I would mail them the money to their nevadaadress i got from the BBB. They debited my account anyway from a closed account. Bank of America claims that a transaction within 30 days reopens a closed account. So therefore anyone who has an account cannot close it if someone decides they want to erroneously debit your account.in addition they have informed me that they willl hold me responsible for this transaction and unfortunatly any transactions in the future if the BIG crooks decide to still debit my account. Ladies and gentle men if you have a BOA account run and close it today. Beacuse I am not the only one. You can take a look at the other rip off reports and you will see very similar experiences across the board.in addition to that inthe past couple of months I have received approximatly 600 in NSF fynds fee counting The BIG scam. I always check my account before making purchases and after withdrawing money. I can add and subtract very well. They find ways to make your transaction insufficient so that if maybe you miscalculate once they will make sure they charge you three time instead of one. They are just extremely Sheisty.

Dont bank with them. FYi if you are going to make a complaint against them, as aI have, Go to the OCC, they are a national bank and are governed by this body, not the state banking commission. They must still uphold federal regulation e.
