Bank Of America
Ripoff my account is always overdrawen because b of a allows unauthorized debits for people taht aren't even on the account

Business & Finance

Every month I have to pay these people more overdrawen fees then I can keep up with

Before I make any transaction I take the time to look at my balance on the internet I see that I have so much money in my account so then I go ahead and make the payment or the transaction

The next time I look at my statement "SURPRISE ' my account is overdrawen WHY because they allow any body to debit or draft money or funds from the account.

Even if there name isnt on the account I have an account only in my name and they are allowing fraudelent scam companies to debit my account in my husbands name.

As far as I can recall I never told them that they could do this I havent even tried to add his name on this account

Once I tried to deposit his payroll check into my account and they said that I couldnt because his name wasnt on the account But they can let these scam companys take money from my account in his name

When I tried to make a ACH/CHECK fraud report they said that there was nothing that could be done because I had gone on line and applied for a pay day loan and this was the out come of this

That I was authorizing just about anybody to debit my account and that the bank was not to be held responsible. That I had to call each and every company that had access to my bank info and ask them "TO PLEASE STOP DOING THIS" because there was nothing that they could do that when ever there was a request for a with drawal they were going to go ahead with it

Is there any thing that I can do about this "NASTY BANK" I am just so tired of paying them NSF & OVERDRAWEN FEES
