I was robbed by there fraudjulant company insurance scam

It all started with the a letter we received in the mail, stating that we were in need to pay them escrow services. When we had owned the home for over a year. We call them to see what was going on and they gave me the run around lasting up to 5hrs on the phone.

I was told that some how we did not have insurance for about 6 months since we purchaced the home. I was never notify never received a letter or they never even called me knowing that they have my phone number.

So i talked with them over a period of time of three months they all ways told me we "will call you back " because are system does not show anything after a while i guess they found the best liar in there company and stared with that we were cancelled and by law we had to pay cause they put a forced insurance on our policy wich rang up to 3,332 dollar a total that was about the same of yearly taxes.

I could not get any were so i went to my cabinet and looked over my mail correspondence that i had filed and seen that they wanted me, in the past to pay my taxes thru them in simple payments that would amount my mortage payments.

I called them back for like the 60th time to complaint on there staff there was nothing they could do even there top supervisor's will leave me with stories about there were right and we had to pay.

Pay what that they want my money no matter how or what ever it takes there is more to this story but it just makes me so mad to know i'm still being robbed by this people...
