We have lived in our home for 7 years, richs dad bought it for us we were told by agis to wait 6 months then he could sing it over, he passed away before he could. Rich has power of attorny. I let them know and told them we wanted to put the house in our name. They never contacted me and a parently they bought our house before christmas without us knowing.
I have 5 kids and we are both on disablity we have the money but they will not speak to me and told me i have 10 to leave after one of there repersenitives told me i had a month to find a morgate. They did not even file the house in donald russell name at the court house.
