Ripoff closing attorney

I bought a house that was for sale after my roommate passed on first option to buy it because he chose to file bankruptcy instead of becoming a homeowner.

Arkley Mastro represented me as my closing attorney.

Two years later after I asked my roommate to leave my house because he was being rude to me and my children, he told me that Arkley wasn't going to let me keep my house. My roommate stated he was the rightful owner of the home. He told me Arkley Mastro slipped in papers that I signed at the closing to that affect.

Arkley Mastro put together paperwork saying that I bought the house to transfer to my roommate, put a lein on my property, and filed a false law suit representing my roommate against me.

Arkley Mastro did the title search when I bought the property and did not apply for title insurance for me.

Arkley Mastro's political ties in the community where I live has kept my abusing roommate still living in my home. He has totally taken over my home and I am the one who is close to bankruptcy and emotionally scarred for life.

The deed and mortgage are in my name. The Justice system is taking their time doing anything about this. It is now 2 years since I have asked my roommate to leave my home. I have spent close to $11,000.00 in lawyers fees to defend my title, and it hasn't even gone to trial yet.
