I have had an account with this company since Nov. Yes, they have changed thier name THREE times! Makes one wonder what is going on...
When they call me I usually NEVER answer the phone. They will and always do get thier payment and I have never missed a month. However, I do work on commission and they cant get paid until I do.
I have noticed that there are months when I don't recieve a bill and I have to just address an envelope and mail it in along with my account number.
Well, last month, the check had been mailed for over a week and it still hadn't cleared my bank. I became concerned so I went ahead and called them.
Needless to say I will NEVER call them again. They can just wait! I finally agreeded to stop payment on my check that cost me $30 and then they charged me a $10 fee to take my payment over the phone that they were bagering me to agree to. Well, it is time to pay my bill again, however, I have never recieved a bill in the mail. I am going to mail it in again and I WILL NOT CANCEL MY CHECK AND PAY ALL THE FEES AGAIN.
What a joke!
