NSF Charges Not Reversed as Promised, Now in Collections

Last year I went into B of A to dispute NSF charges. They told me they would be reversed. I had a check that was put through 7 times (245.00) Then my insurance payment went through, they paid it, reversed it, paid it and reversed it all in 2 days, plus charged me NSF fees (140.00).

Next I receive a letter from a collection agency, so I disputed it and went nk into the bank and again I was told the charges would be reversed.

Well Happy New Year a new collection agency called me last weekend and said the account had been turned over to them, and if I didn't pay the amount by the end of the month it would go on my credit report.

So, I call Bank of America and they told me since it has been over a 1 1/2 years there is nothing they can do.

To bad for us we are trying to by a house and we don't want it on our credit report. It cost us over 600.00.

What a bunch of jerks and rip-off they are.
