Cash call preying on folks with emergencies

I had the unfortunate experience to have to have money for a medical emergency down payment. I had thyroid cancer and had to have cash to get my family through the hard time as i recovered from the surgery. So, i made the mistake of using them. Now i have my account drafted every month and have had two times that the money wasnt there until the next day. Now they i am current and they are rude calling my work and threatning me. I am current, but they say, because i was late twice they need money in full. Fat chance, they are charging me 97% interest. I have contacted the n.C. Attorney generals office and they tell me that this company is engaging in illegal consumer enticing. They call me 5 or 6 times a day, this has got to stop.
