CashCall CASH CALL Rip-off

Cash call withdrew from my account twice in one month - which sent my bank account in a tail-spin. My monthly payments to other bills were behind due to the nsf charges I incurred with each company. Plus, I had to pay my bills. I called for weeks trying to re-coop my money. Cash call had me send in my bank account statement 4 times. Each time they had a different request. To the point it pist me off. I told them that I had sent it in numerous times. They were rude!

They only sent me the money the monthly payment and the NSF charges that was incurred. Cashcall did not give me the money that I had in the bank previously before all this started nor the NSF charges I had to pay other bill collectors— Cashcall agents were extremely rude.

I paid on time up until this... It was hard for me to get out of the whole — therefore, I started being late on pymts... I tried to tell them what happened each time they called me daily. They were not hearing it. Cashcall wanted the money owed.

I told them I would not send the money in due to they already had the money they owed me. Then came their rudeness... If you do not send it in we will garnish your paycheck. I did not want that to happen so I let them bully me into paying it.

Then the next month I was late - after I paid the pymt - it did not sit right with me... The next month I was late they called me 7 times at work. I told them I was not to get personal phone calls at work... They still called. I told them I would get the for work phone call harrassment & the agent their was very rude. I have every intentions of paying them what I borrowed but their tactics are borderline -Gangster!

I was told my interest rate would be 80% when they sent my payoff - it was still over the amount I borrowed. Then they sent me a letter stating if I give them my checking account number they would deduct $500 dollar toward my end payment... Hell at the end they would have received triple of what I borrowed so it's no sweat off their backs if they take $500 dollars off.

This company preys on people that are trying to get their finances in order. Others please be aware...
