Harassers rip off

I also got a loan from cash call because times were so hard for me! I applied for a loan a year ago and they said no well iI called back a year later and got the loan approved. I faxed over a current check form a new account and these a*holes sent the loan to an old account that had been closed, and the bank would not return the funds to cash call, and they expect me to pay it back by threatning litagation and court! I told them your people made the mistake by not looking into my file to see if I had a new account I don'r feel like i should pay them anything! I didnt recieve any funds the bank skyy bank got the funds not me! Help!
