Homecomings Stole my house, Bankruptcy 13 and 7

Homecomings stole my house - had it for 9 years, went into chapter 13 and had to convert to a chapter 7 after they presented a fraudulent proof of claim to the court.
I lost my home, my financial future is nonexistant, this after raising three kids, sending them to college.
They stole my home, my equity
they need to be in jail. I have forwarded consumer complaints to gov. Stricklands office to review and hopefully get the gov.involved. I am sick and tired of the media hype blaming us - when in fact, it's bankruptcy attorneys that want to convert you from a chapt 13 to a 7 because thats another 1000.00 in their pocket. I am sick an tired of hearing, reading and listening to the media hype stating that people like us should not try to buy a house when we can't afford it, and how dare we "chose" a variable rate. Are you kidding me, like we set the standards, and have the power to inforce honesty, especially with compaines like homecomings still to this day are getting away with destroying lives. Is it ever going to stop!
