How to reply

Business & Finance

I wanted to know what Steps I need to take next.

ASO has bought my Dell account. I have several times sent them a letter requesting a debt validation letter, the last one I sent by USPS certified mail. I have also sent them a letter offering a settlement.in the letters I have explained to them that I am not working and disabled and there is no way that I can pay the amount the are demanding.

They have ignored my letters and continue to send bills demanding a payment in full. The last letter I got from them, states that they have downgraded me to "Refusal to pay" and we will be forced to conclude that you are unwilling to resolve this debt.

My question is, what should I do next? Do I continue to send them letters or just quit and ignore them? It is at the point of being ridicules.
