Big ripoff to thousands on this web site

E-credit Solutions customer service told me I would recieve a credit card I could use year around at any location. They then took $199.95 out of my checking account.

They sent me a small booklet and a card that could only be used in thier catalog.

I informed them I did not want to order from a catalog I wanted my money back, they did say satisfaction guanteed.
They infomed me I would not get my money for any reason

I tryed to make the best of it and mailed my order in but did not recieve a reply after eight weeks of no reply and numerous phone called I leaned I could not order from the catalog it was discontinued.

I also learned I could not use this card because I need to pay 1/2 of the amount up front shipping handling tax
and untill I did so I would not recieve anything

I never recieved a new catalog to order from I never recievd anything after the first booklet on some items, the warehouse
did not have items in stock. It took a addional 3 weeks to find this out

I called my back and issued the forms nessessary to get my money back, and they took the money back out of my checking account, the bank did not stop it from going through the next time,

This place caused $300 in nsf charged to be applied my checking account is closed, they have sent my account to collections.

They do not have any lines open no one answers the phones

There is no one answering the phones at the warehouse

I have filed with the BBB of florida

I want my money back, I recieved nothing from this place
