Ripoffs misrepresentation fraudluant telemarketers and total jerks when trying to receive refund!

I was totally fooled on the phone by a PremeirOne representative.

My credit was so bad, I was wondering why this guy was offering me a credit card with a $2,500.00 limit! I am not usually this gullable at all, but my mom had just passed away and I was left with some money, so I thought perhaps some company found out I got money, plus I was a student.

I did't get much money from my mother so losing $159.95 is a lot of money to me. They took it off my boyfriends credit card, since I didn't have one.

Not once did I hear this man (I kick myself for not remembering his name, I have friends that were telelmarketers, and they make sure you don't get told their name& nuamber but once, IF THAT!) say that this credit card was to re-build my credit.

He totally made it sound like I was getting a regular credit card, and that if I acted now I would recieve a free cell phone a well! When I finally got my package/letter from them (which happened to be at least 30 days since I ordered it) it contents were entirely different then what the man made it seem.

Oh! And my free cell phone offer was $99.00. I could get one cheaper than that if I wanted! When we (my boyfriend and I) called to complain it was the hardest thing for them to work out giving our refund back. My boyfriend/fiance was quite furious, since it was his credit card number, and he even gave them his SSI!

At one point he had to scream in to the phone "Please let me speak to your manager!" THe woman on the line kept using different excuses as why to not get the manager. We finally spoke to someone else, who I doubt was the manager, but I think his name was Ken, because he didn'tt help us any more than the woman did.

They have a 30 day policy, if your not satisfied by that time than you can recieve your money back. I don't know if it's because we live in Hawaii, which I doubt, or what, but we didn't even recieve their letter/package until at least thirty days later!

I am in the midst of wring thema letter. They say if you write them within thirty days then you will be refunded. I will have to keep explaining my situation by both phone and letter until I get my total refund.

They knew I was a young student with bad credit and totally took advantage of that, They never once said "securing your credit" or "pre-paid credit card". These guys are total scam artist! I mean, why am I paying $159.95 to a pre-paid credit card instead of using to pay off on of my debts!
