Rip-off money grubbing

I recieved a letter in the mail saying that i had been aproved for a cerdit card. So i called the number given to me, and talked with the representative. They had told me that by giving them my account number at my bank that they would withdrawl $199 from my account.in return i would recieve a platinum credit card. After waiting the 21 business days to recieve my package, i had opened it to find a catalog and a very flimsy card.

After reading through all the papers telling me what i had recieved, i found that it was nothing like what was represented to me.in their papers they had said that in order to recieve the real credit card, i would have to order from the catalog and also send money with my order for three months to recieve this card i had been promised on the telephone.

So i called them again and they had said that i would have to wait until they listened to the tape recordings to decide whether or not i would be approved for a refund. So after 5 days i call back and they tell my i'm approved. BUT if i wait too long they could deduct money from my refund and i would also have to send everything back to them in the in resaleable order. Thats just wrong!!! They found so many ways to con me out of my money!!
