Ripoff, sent $49, sent catalog after 2mos., gave a # and web address no longer available

I mailed out a check for $49.00 for a rush order for the assumption that i'm going to be able to rebuild my credit standing by getting this credit card. It took 2 months to recieve. Then when I get it. It's not even a credit card like I was told it was going to be.

The package I get was a catalog card. I went online to order out of the catalog and the website said this address isn't available.

Then I called the number they had given me for customer service. So I had called it. It was just a recording stating customer service hours then it had hung up on me. There wasn't an answering service.
