Can't add nor reconcile accounts

For the last 10 months I have been asking this company to provide me with a writen account of my mortgage balance. Ya' know the old debit/credit type ledger. One month they say I am 2 months behind the next it is 3 and then Rit drops. HOWEVER each and every month I have made the appropriate payment. Have pd late fees if I go past the 16th of the month also.

Instead of replying they harrass me with daily phone calls for "supposed" past due balance, add late fees and also charge an account analysis fee of about $8.00. I no longer answer their calls but this is ruining my credit and the loan is an ARM which I need to refinance by next June.

What will it take to get them to give me a written accounting? I hate this company!
