Ripoff They are all robber and thieves with ink pens

After the fact, I read on the internet that Ameriquest Mortgage deals almost always in mortgage to people with bad credit. I have excellent credit. I refinanced my mortgage with Ameriquest in June."Yes they Contacted Me".

My first payment was due Aug. 1 2003. I sent the payment in the mail on August 6. I have received 2 phone calls at my employment in less than a week from Ameriquest about my payment being late. I informed them that technically my payment is not late until the 16th of the month. I have been told by 3 diffent Ameriquest staff that unless my payment was in there office by the 1st day of each month I would be receiving a phone call each and every month from Ameriquest.

Today I received the second phone call at work I informed Ameriquest never to call me at my place of employment again. How many people get their mortgages paid exactly on the 1st day of each month.

I have written a letter to Ameriquest which will be dropped in the mail tommorrow informing them that I will not be harrassed by their staff every time my mortgage payment was not in their office by the 1st day of every month. I am also going to contact the OHIO Attorney Generals Office to determine if I have any recourse due to this type of harrassment.

If all else fails I will refinance again because I will not be harrassed by this mortgage company because my payment is not in their office each and every month on the 1st. They have already made their profit. The balance of my mortgage went up $5,000.00 when I refinanced with them. Their company has grown so big is the past several years because they are preying on the people that have bad credit.

The businesses in this country connot stay in business today unless they are crooked and cheating their customers. They are all robber and thieves with ink pens.
