I needed some fast cash and tried online credit. USA credit took my money out of my account without my knowledge or authorization

I need some fast cash so I tried to get an online line. I have terrible credit and this seemed the only option. I went to one of those junk emails I get in my email inbox and found USA credit. That was about a week ago. Yesterday 10/26/07 I deposited my two week pay check into my bank account. I was never told of anything or any kindof activity on my account.

That night I tried to pay for some food and my card was declined. So I called the number to check my ballance, my account had been overdrawn be 23 dollars. When I got home I went online to check the rest of the activity. Nothing.

So this morning when I woke up at 8 am I checked online again. There was a charge from USA credit for 149.00. I never authorized anyone online to take money or charge me for anything. I was waiting to hear something from the mail, not just money taken out of my account with no phone call or anything. The 800 number showed up on my account and when I called it of course they were closed.

I haven't contacted my bank yet, but will be doing that today, but it's a saturday and I can't file a claim until monday, and reading the other claims it seems like no one can get any where. I'm really poor and I can't afford to loose my money. I have noe where to live right now and I'm trying to save up for an appartment. That money was what I was suppose to eat on for two weeks, and now I have to go hungry because it was taken without my knowledge.
