Credit One
A scam!

I was sent an app for a credit card for Credit One to start to repair my credit. I used my card with no problems. I received my statement and my minimum payment was $20.00. I thought i would send them a payment of $130.00 and I tracted it on my online account. It showed they received my payment 2 days before it was due.in the mean time I watched my checking account online from the band I wrote the check from.
It didn't show and didn't show so the next time I log into my Credit One account it shows that I had a returned check fee for $79, $35 late fee, $29 for over credit limit. My husband called them and they were suppose to take these charges off because they never tried to cash my check. My husband went to our bank and they checked and they also said they never tried to put this check through.
They sent Credit One a fax stating this plus they tod them we have overdraft protection. I went to a ATM to check my account for Credit One. I used the pin number they sent me and guess what, no account in this name!!! Gee imagine that!
So I'm screwed...
