USA Credit stole $149.95 out of my banking account without my knowledge or authorization! How can I get my money back!?

I went online to try and get a pay day advance to help pay some bills. I am an army wife and my husband is deployed so money is tight. I went to a few different sites to find some cash advances. I checked my account this morning and found a charge to my account of $149.95 from USA Credit.
My bank told me that there was an 800 number along with the charge. They gave it to me and I called. I could not get a straight answer out of anyone and ended up getting so mad I had to hang up the phone. I haven't been able to speak extensively with my bank yet, but I will get that money back.
All of this put me in the hole in my bank account over 300 dollars. And as a mother of two, that's beyond unacceptable! Everyone should be told about these jerks who are praying on innocent hard working people. I want something done to this fraudulent company!
