And A Ms. Rivas Kept calling after our lawyer told them to cease

In 2005. My wife purchased a car from Autoway Honda in Clearwater, FL. Less than a month later she returned the car as it was a lemon. Shortly afterwards, we started getting collection calls from Triad. After contacting our lawyer who is representing us in a lawsuit against the dealership they calls stopped.

Now we are getting calls from Syncom who has taken over for Triad. The agent who keeps calling, a Ms. Rivas, has IGNORED two cease and desist calls from our lawyer and she keeps calling. Right now she is going to be personally sued for violating the Fair Credit Act. Evidently Ms. Rivas and Syncom think they are above the law.
