Unlawful collection calls

SynCom Communications is a third party collection firm. They have a poor reputation for non compliance with various FTC rules and regulations.

If you do not wish to have them contact you, send them a cease and desist letter. Basically it should include those words: Cease and Desist from contacting me, or my family, friends or neighbors in any manner including by telephone or letter mail. It would be preferable if you sent your letter to them by certified mail but under the law that is not required.

Should they continue to contact you after sending the cease and desist letter, you can get professional assistance from a variety of law firms that specialize in FTC collection violations. One that I recommend is xxxxxxx Law Offices. They will usually review your information for free.
Sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome!
