MIC MIC will not stop the unsolicited phone calls after 2 months of calls and 4 requests to cease and desist!

Morgage Investors Corporation has been calling my cell phone number for two months after 4 different requests to cease and desist and to take my number off their calling list! I have repeatedly notified them and each time the phone representative had said they would comply, to no avail. My phone number has been registered on the Do Not Call registry on a regular basis, which I also notified them of.

This has gone on for two months now, and at times it's been multiple calls in a one-day period. I have a running tab of the dates and times of these calls, and a tabulation of the dates and times I've requested that they stop calling; the most recent being today's date.

I'm completely fed-up with these calls, especially since I have no business with them, have not requested information from them, and if anything wish never to have business with them or recommend them to anyone, EVER!

I have looked up their website for the sole purpose of gathering the necessary information to file this report.in this call today to again request that they stop calling, I notified the representative that if the calls do not stop, I will prepare to file a harrassment lawsuit, because this is unacceptable. I plan to file a report with the FCC as well.

Lastly, I would like to repeat that I have no services provided by them, and have never requested information or services by them, I only wish that they cease and desist!
