I was duped

I was duped by this place. I needed some money b-cuz I had to catch up on my bills... I didn't think I had to pay it all back because the rate was high. I heard that they don't sue you but they took me to court and the judge didn't see my side of the story... He said i have to pay them but i didnt. Now my wages are garnished. The collection calls have stopped but now i still have to pay these people so much money.
