Huge ripoff fraudelent billing illegal collection practices

We were desperate for the loan especially just being scammed from a previous company not only did we have bills to pay but we needed to payoff our friends and family that had helped us. Well me and my husband took out a loan with this so called company. Oh my gosh are we regreting it now on my husbands loan we have not missed a payment but on mine we have the first one. They were threatening me with wage garnishment and calling my employer to tell him about my loan so that they could get my wages garnished. I told them go ahead and try they were so rude I just laughed at them.

They harrassed me so much at work even after advising them that I could not recieve personal phone calls at work they continued and none of the representatives that called me gave me there names just that they were representing Cashcall. One woman called me 15-20 times I asked her again not to call my place of employment she told me that she was not going to stop calling until she got what she wanted which was my managers personal phone number where she could reach him. I just laughed at her and hung up the phone. Talk about childish, I even tried explaining my situation to them and they refused to listen that I needed to go and take out a loan or ask friends for the money or else my loan was going to be filed as a fraudelent loan. I told them to do what they had to the another rep called me the same day and was yelling at me threating wage garnishment. It got so bad that my own bank closed my account because these people would try just about everyday to get the money from the bank. They overdrafted me to about a $950 some dollar overdraft. Even after I asked them not to deduct from my bank that the funds were not in there and that I would send it to them.

How in the world can we stop these people I thought I was alone in this but after reading all of the other complaints on here It feels good to know that I am not the only one being harrassed by these people. I have already filed a complaint with the bbb.org and ftc. Gov but what else can be done these people really need to be stopped they are cruel and ugly company to have to deal with. If anyone is filing a lawsuit or anything to this company please advise the rest of us.
