Allowed unauthorized charges to my credit card

Navy Federal allowed unauthorized charges to my credit card. The company that made the charges did not even have my credit card information. How can a financial institution just allow this? I have called and written to Navy Federal however it seems that the employees there do not understand that I did not authorize these charges. The employee I spoke with last was uncooperative, unethical and outright RUDE.

I have filed a complaint with the Florida Department of Financial Services, however in my opinion this should have never been allowed!
