Is a rip off and are very harrassing

I applied with US Fast cash for a $300 loan back in March of this year. It is now October and they are still taking money out of my acct. Anywhere from $30, to $90, to $172 at a time! They have drained me for over $700 to the point where my acct gets overdrawn and they still try to take money out of it. They have caused me well over $500 in over draft fees. They are calling me at work which is getting me in trouble because we are not allowed personal phone calls. When I finally get a chance to call them back it is after their business hours so I leave a message for them to call me on cell and they STILL call me at work even though I leave strict instructions for them not to! I have not been able to get into my bank to bring this to their attention because I work 75 miles away from my bank and I'm only off on the weekends when they are closed. How do I get the harrassing phone calls and unauthorized withdrawls to stop? Help!!!
