Didn't close out loan when I told them to, Made Harrassing Phone Calls to me at work, threatened to call and tell my supervisor and references

I took out a loan with GFS and when I couldn't pay it off because of other outstanding situations. I started getting calls from them at home at all hours and everyday including weekends.

They call me at work all day everyday threatening to call my supervisor and references letting them know that I have a outstanding loan. They call me so many times that it's very annoying and they won't stop or get off the phone.

Until you let them harrass you into making some form of repayment plan without time to prepare.

They don't offer you any information regarding who you are speaking with just when can they get the loan paid off.

When they offer a repayment plan for the loan it's for the full amount and they want payment to start on your next payday.

The people that call you are very very very harassing. They talk very fast and they don't speak English they speak very broken English to the point it's hard to understand them.

The constant phone calls have gotten me in trouble at work to the point where I could lose my job. When they call I can't talk on the phone to them and they keep calling to get you in trouble.

All they want to know is when can you pay the money. They want your checking account information so they can start getting payments right away on your account.
How can I make them stop calling me at work and threatening me saying they will call my supervisor and references.

Can I file bankruptcy to start all over and put this bad experience behind me.
