NAFS offered settlement of $709.08 07; settlement amount paid in one payment $709.08 and letter received stating account has been settled and that the creditor FCNB would be notified.

$533 was then transferred to Midland Credit Management for collection. Thsi is on my Credit Report and is preventing me from financing my son's college tuition.
