Rude wanting payments there not owed

Last month " aug" i was called from vanderbilt mortgage for them to tell me that my husband and i was late on our aug. Payment. I told the lady that we wasn't late on our payment that it has been paid and i went on to tell the lady that it stated on our bank statment that it has paid and taken out of our bank from them, and i later went as far as sending them copies of our bank statments just to show them that it had indeed been paid.

Well that wasn't good enough they still wanted to say that we owed them money. Well its now sept. And yet again they want to call me being rude and demand money from us. I find this really odd because this happens every year around this time.

I think this company honestly needs to be looked into and something needs to be done about them. I mean how hard is it to get the hit that this is a no good for nothing company when you have 19 plus pages of people telling to pertty much the same thing about this company!

Its time to get up and do something and i have started doing what i can by writing to the Federal Trade Commission for my state.
