Ripoff dishonest rude harassing and amoung all other things

To all others who have been done wrong, or are being done wrong. We have had our home since July of and we have had more then enough of vanderbilt mortgages lies.

We started out with a mortgage payment of $166.60 and know our payments all almost $500.00 a month, soon to raise again in July.

When we bought the home we included 3 years of insurance with our payments, after 2 years we were charged for insurance, being told we had to pay a year in advance.

Vanderbilt Mortgage said this money would be going into escrow, what a joke, we have tried to get insurance with other places, which is a lot cheaper, but vanderbilt said we would have to pay them and also the other insurance companys too.

We were having our payments drafted from a bank account and vanderbilt would take whatever they wanted when the wanted, leaving the bank account a mess, so we opted to send in a monthly payment, this too was a joke, they were calling and wanting payments that were not even due.

We owed our March payment and April was not even late at the time one of the Account Representatives called, she threatened to have the sheriffs department to come throw us out of our home.

The same representative called one time before and told us to get out, they would be here to forclose on our home this was at 7:00 pm one evening, she had the nerve to curse at me on the phone.

Who is getting the intrest that our money is drawing while it is in their Escrow?

This representative has discussed our account with everone in my family, told everyone in my family to tell us to get out of the home she would be forclosing on it.

These are just a few things we have experienced with vanderbilt mortgage, I would not recommend anyone to use this mortgage company, If you are a good person you will not be after dealing with these people.

I would like to say that I am sorry for anyone who has been treated the way we have.
